The products on sale on danimadesign.com (hereafter the "Site") are sold and invoiced by SOLARIS by Miroddi Stefana, with registered office in Via Nicola de Palma, 14 - 98057 Milazzo (ME), a company registered with the C.C.I.A.A. of Messina at n. ME-245412 of the Register of Companies, Tax Code VAT no. 03554390835

1.1 The contract stipulated between SOLARIS BY MIRODDI STEFANA (hereinafter "SOLARIS") and the Customer (i.e. the individual, natural person, who makes the purchase on the Site, not referable to his commercial, business or professional activity) must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by SOLARIS. In case of non-acceptance of the order, SOLARIS will promptly notify the Customer in any case.

1.2 By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Site (hereinafter the "Order"), the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept these general conditions in full (hereinafter the "Conditions").

1.3 These Conditions can be printed or saved on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.


2.1 The products offered for sale by SOLARIS are only those present on the danimadesign.com website at the time of placing the Order, as described in the relevant information sheets.

2.2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example by color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used for accessing the Site and viewing the images).

2.3 To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send the same after carefully viewing the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products it intends to purchase. The Customer must also request SOLARIS, if desired, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 D.p.R. n. 633/1972.

2.4 The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by SOLARIS by means of an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by the applicable legislation, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the same can verify the same and possibly communicate without delay the necessary corrections of incorrect data.


3.1 The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the website or these Conditions.

3.2 The following payment methods are provided:
(I) PayPal
For payment, the customer can use the Paypal circuit according to the specific methods of the same.
(II) Credit card
In the case of purchase of goods by Credit Card payment method, the transaction can take place through the secure Paypal server or other secure server chosen by SOLARIS.
In no case and at any stage of payment will SOLARIS be able to know the information relating to the customer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank that manages the transaction. No SOLARIS computer archive will retain these data and therefore in no case can SOLARIS be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment. The seller reserves the right to request additional documents from the customer proving the ownership of the credit card. In the absence of the documentation, the seller reserves the right not to accept the order. Transaction security is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) and by direct, protected and certified links.


4.1 The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 48-62 hours from the acceptance of the Order by SOLARIS, at the cost indicated specifically on the Site before sending the Order. SOLARIS reserves the right to accept or not deliveries requested outside the Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.

4.2 With regard to the deliveries requested in countries outside the European Union, any customs import charges will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.

4.3 The delivery times indicated by SOLARIS must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with successive split shipments does not legitimize the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.

4.4 Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or in any way altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, by placing a specific indication on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods provided in this document.


5.1 Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in article 5.1 above, the Customer must send SOLARIS a communication to that effect, within the terms indicated, to the following email address servizioclienti@danimadesign.com, or use the appropriate form on the Site.

5.3 In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products at his own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal:
For parcels from European Union countries the shipping address is as follows:

For parcels from non-European countries, therefore subject to customs, the shipping address is as follows: SOLARIS di Miroddi Stefana, via Nicola de Palma 14 – 98057 Milazzo (ME) Italy The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packs), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without are signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

  • the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg accessories, accessories, etc ...);
  • for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc ...);
  • the shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for returning the goods will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by SOLARIS., the shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer;
  • in the event of damage to the goods during transport, SOLARIS will notify the Customer of this, to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by them and obtain a refund; the product will then be made available to the customer, simultaneously cancelling the request for withdrawal;
  • SOLARIS will not respond in any way for damage, theft, loss occurred during or in any case depending on the return shipment.

5.4 SOLARIS, without prejudice to the provisions of the following art. will refund the customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) as amended by Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by reversing the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of said refund. SOLARIS may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the moment in which the Customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, if previous.

5.5 In any case, the Customer will lapse from the right of withdrawal in cases where SOLARIS  ascertains that:
• the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
• the product is missing its external packaging and /or the original internal packaging;
• the product is missing elements integrating it and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, SOLARIS will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.


6.1 All products sold by SOLARIS are covered by the 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To take advantage of warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, or the payment receipt, together with the transport document.

6.2 The warranty for defects of conformity will apply provided that the relative product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the instructions for use and washing present in and/or with the product.

6.3 In the event that, for any reason, SOLARIS is unable to return the product to the Customer under warranty (restored or replaced), or if the repair or replacement were, also due to the value of the product, excessively expensive, SOLARIS may proceed to the appropriate reduction of the price paid, that is to say the refund of the entire amount paid with termination of the contract.

6.4 In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).

8.1 The personal data collected with the forwarding of the Order will be processed by SOLARIS for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the privacy information on the site. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.


9.1 The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution is governed by Italian Law, with the disapplication of the conflict rules and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. For the resolution of the relative disputes, the Court of the municipality of residence of the Customer will be competent.
